"Cohiba"
obtaining its name from Taino Indian word meaning cigar.
Produced in the El Laguito factory in 1968
for the personal use Of Cuban President Fidel Castro and
used as protocol cigar solely for Diplomatic use. The production
was increased in 1982 when the brand was widely marketed.
